3. Limited Technical Data

This information is used solely to operate and secure the website, is not combined with any identity data we hold, and is retained only for as long as needed for those purposes.

Where applicable, we may transfer personal data outside India to countries not restricted by the Central Government under Section 16 of the DPDP Act. Such transfers are protected through appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected Data Principals as required by law.

• Withdraw consent previously given;
• Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity;
• Make a grievance to our Grievance Officer (see below) and, if unresolved, to the Data Protection Board of India.
