1. No Personal Data Collected via the Website
Our website is an informational brochure. We do not operate a contact form, newsletter sign-up, account system, or any other mechanism on the website that asks you to submit personal data. We do not use cookies or similar technologies to track or profile visitors, and we do not run advertising or marketing analytics on the site.
If you choose to contact us directly by email at the addresses published on the website, that correspondence is handled outside the website (see Section 4 below).
2. Data Fiduciary
For the purposes of the DPDP Act, ABSRTS Systems Private Limited is the "Data Fiduciary" in respect of any personal data we do come to process (for example, through direct email correspondence or in the course of a client engagement).

3. Limited Technical Data
When you visit the website, our hosting and security providers (including content delivery and edge protection services) may automatically process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, requested URLs, timestamps, and security-challenge data. This information is used solely to operate and secure the website, is not combined with any identity data we hold, and is retained only for as long as needed for those purposes.
4. Information You Send Us Directly
If you voluntarily email us or otherwise contact us outside the website (for example, to enquire about our services or in the course of a client engagement), we will process the personal data you choose to share with us — such as your name, email address, organisation, and the contents of your message — for the following purposes:
- Responding to your enquiry and providing requested information;
- Performing our contractual obligations with clients;
- Complying with applicable laws and lawful requests from authorities.
Processing is carried out either with your consent or for legitimate uses recognised under Section 7 of the DPDP Act, including voluntary provision of data for a specified purpose. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell personal data. We may share personal data only with: (a) service providers engaged on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards (e.g., hosting, email, security); (b) professional advisors; and (c) authorities where required by law.
6. Cross-Border Transfers
Where applicable, we may transfer personal data outside India to countries not restricted by the Central Government under Section 16 of the DPDP Act. Such transfers are protected through appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, satisfy our legal and contractual obligations, or resolve disputes. When the purpose is no longer served, we will erase the personal data unless retention is required by law.
8. Security Safeguards
We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures, including access controls, encryption in transit, and vendor due diligence, to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or loss of personal data. In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected Data Principals as required by law.
9. Children's Data
Our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children. We do not knowingly process personal data of any individual under 18 years of age without verifiable parental consent, as required under the DPDP Act.
